Purpose of AccessThis page contains proprietary and trade-secret-protected information about the Catalog Accelerator™, a revenue optimization model owned and licensed exclusively by Social Playlist. Access to this page is restricted to authorized individuals who agree to these terms and conditions.
Confidentiality and Trade Secret ProtectionThe User agrees:
Not to disclose any information on this page to third parties without prior written consent from Social Playlist.
To use the information solely for evaluating and understanding the Catalog Accelerator™ and not for any independent business purposes.
Not to engage directly or indirectly with partner companies mentioned on this page for any business opportunities without written consent from Social Playlist.
Non-Compete AgreementThe User agrees:
Not to recreate, develop, market, or use any model resembling the Catalog Accelerator™ independently or collaboratively, for a period of five (5) years.
This non-compete clause applies internationally, including within the United States and all U.S. states, and will comply with relevant federal and state laws governing non-compete agreements.
Data Protection and Privacy
All personal data provided to access this page will be handled in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable data protection regulations.
Users have the right to request information about how their data is processed, request deletion of their personal data, or opt-out of data sharing by contacting info@thesocialplaylist.com
Personal data collected (e.g., name, email) will only be used to verify access and record agreement to these terms.
Notice of Legal Action
Unauthorized access, disclosure, or breach of these terms may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctive relief, or penalties under applicable laws.
By agreeing to these terms, the User acknowledges that violations may be pursued under the laws of England and Wales or United States federal and state law, as appropriate.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales for all matters related to ownership and confidentiality.
United States federal and state laws, including those in California, may apply to enforce specific provisions such as non-compete terms and data protection requirements.
